The SB17 is designed as a high primary stability canoe for centre, club, and rental use.
The boat is designed to be configured to the needs of the customer in a range of colours from the Silverbirch palette. It can be outfitted in 2, 3 or 4 seat configurations with either purpose-made PE seats or wood or wood/web seats.
The SB17 is made of Duracore plus – developed in parallel with the SB17 to be the most durable and resilient material yet. Duracore plus boasts a 200% increase in stiffness and impact resistance over the Silverbirch Duracore laminate, and benefits from increased UV protection and improved durability.
It is the ideal choice for those who prioritise durability over weight and is ideal for professional centre use.
